Enhanced Track Audio advertises itself as an upgrade to the sound system of
Train Simulator by adding realistic UK Track noise. What does this actually
You will hear 60ft jointed rails so at speed you will hear the infamous
clickety-clack, you will hear flange squeals when traveling at low
speeds and there are new sounds for all 10 different types of track (over
bridge, through tunnels and so forth).

Installation is flawless and extremely simple. Once installed you have
the sounds immediately available on the Settle and Carlisle route. Instructions

When I installed this product I put numerous things on at the same time and
was actually focusing on another product when I suddenly realised how much
better the track sounded - as the train I was reviewing flew past me I could
hear clickety-clack clickety-clack and it sounded fantastic! I realised it
was this add-on and I have since then been paying a bit more attention to
the sounds that i'm hearing.
Slowing the loco down to a halt you get a nice flange squeal just as advertised
which really adds to the ambiance.
At a low £5 UK Pounds I heartily recommend this add-on to everybody, it is
definitely well worth it for a bit more realistic sound as you drive.
